Wait… was that a project?

You’ve probably worked on something big at work — launching a new tool, improving a process, organising a team event.
But no one called it a project, and you didn’t either.

A project isn’t just something with a deadline or a big budget.
It’s any piece of work that’s temporary, creates a unique outcome, and drives some kind of change.

That could be rolling out a new process, building something from scratch, or improving how your team works.
