I’ve had the opportunity to interview Ivan Lloyd, the CEO at edison365, who recently moved the company to a 4 day working week. During the conversation with Ivan we discussed work patterns, salary, working from home, staff retention and much more.
It’s safe to say that I’d made a few assumptions going into the conversation, and that Ivan managed to surprise me on more than one occasion with his approach and the outcomes.
