  1. OK, I agree with you that for a first draft and considering the ChatGPT understood quite well what you needed, it is not a bad result. I´ve been doing quite similar experiments as you did with chatGPT and got very similar results. In my case, I am using as reference a project that I am managing right now. So far, my conclusion is that the potential productivity gain in using ChatGPT, at this very moment, for Project Management, is NOT significant. For instance, to make the project charter of the project I am managing now I started from a company´s template form and used a former project charter as sample. So I took approximately 30 minutes to write it. Then I did the experiment with chatGPT. To have the charter similar to the one I did I would gain, at most, 10 minutes. So, my conclusion so far is that will take a while for Generative AI to add relevant value to PM. Otoh, I used also ChatGPT to help me with a data science academic work, an found it very useful to create specific Python codes I asked it…
