Everywhere you look right now, people seem anxious about the future of work.
AI is coming for jobs.
Companies are restructuring.
Entire industries are shifting.
The economy feels unstable.
And every week brings another prediction about how work will change forever.
But whilst thinking about all of this recently, I realised something.
Project people have been living in uncertainty for years.
In fact, uncertainty is probably the environment we understand better than most.
The future probably won’t belong to the people who spent their careers inside perfectly stable environments that no longer exist. It will belong to people who can navigate change without freezing every time the map changes.
That’s why I created this video.
Not as a tutorial or productivity lesson, but as a message to project people navigating modern uncertainty and wondering what it all means for their future.
