Create a Project RACI with Excel

I have created a video showing how to build a RACI in Microsoft Excel. This is a really useful tool for identifying who in your project:

• Is accountable.
• Is responsible.
• Should be consulted.
• Should be informed.

The video provides a key so that people from outside of project management can understand what the terms mean – very helpful if they are amongst the resources listed here.

The video builds a generic RACI for a generic project – it will need to be customised for your project and your environment. But hopefully this video is a helpful starting point.
